Coronavirus

In light of the government’s recent guidance around the Coronavirus outbreak, we wish to reassure our clients that our office will be open as usual and our staff will be continuing their usual working pattern. However, there may be occasions when staff members will be required to follow the guidance and self-isolate and we will endeavour to ensure that this provides minimal disruption to our clients.

Our priority is to protect everyone in the firm and our clients as far as we can while providing continuity of service. We know many of our clients are feeling uneasy about the spread of Coronavirus and might be concerned about how this will impact our working relationship. Please find below details, of the steps we are taking to minimise the risk and any disruption to your matters.

1. We will be avoiding all non-essential face-to-face meetings and inviting clients to telephone or Skype meetings whenever appropriate.

2. We are encouraging clients to communicate with us by phone or electronically to reduce reliance on physical post and to avoid delays.

3. In cases when hard copies of documents are required we ask clients to send these via post or other courier service unless urgent.

4. We will be ensuring we have hand sanitizer available in reception and our board rooms and encourage all clients to use upon entering and leaving the office. We will continue to follow the latest Government and Public Health England guidance.
